After a drought that lasted more than three years, SMITE’s Zhong Kui is getting some love.

The mage will receive a new skin in December, announced SMITE developer Titan Forge Studios. Zhong’s most recent skin is the G.I. Zhong military skin, which launched on June 2, 2015, according to the SMITE Wiki.

After hearing that December was the month of choice for the skin’s release, fans suspected a Santa suit outfit for one of SMITE’s notorious fat men, but Titan Forge has already quashed the rumor.

“Nice try, but The Demon Queller won’t be getting a Santa skin,” was the response from the official SMITE Twitter account.

Outside of a tier 5 skin, it’s rare to see a SMITE cosmetic this hyped up, so what Titan Forge has in store for the Demon Queller must be special.
